Subject: Great vitamins!

OK, I'm just about out of the only vitamins that my delicate system can absorb, and I'm needing a reorder, but, I thought I'd better let you know about this wonderful alternative for your product before I take it for granted once again.

You see, I've been ordering Life Caps for months now and never let you guys know the real reason I can't "live" very well without them. Yes, I know they're great for times when you're without meals or out on survival camping and all, but I need them for more than just "food storage" or if you're without food!

For years I've been trying to find a vitamin that my sensitive kidneys, bladder and acid-prone stomach could handle. It seems that a "one-a-day" type that I prefer because I tend to forget about supplements, are too potent and almost caustic to my system. Then I tried splitting them in half or even thirds (defeating the purpose of a one-a-day type of course) with the same adverse effects and florescent urine as with taking just one! So, much to my dismay, I continued trying all sorts of twice to three time a day multivitamins in hopes that the effects I've previously described would be lessened or even elevated, but to no avail! But at 50+ yrs. of age, I need some type of multivitamin I can tolerate as well as absorb, right?

Seriously, out of default, I thought I'd try your Life Caps because I noticed on the bottle how many nutrients and extras were included for a person if there wasn't anything else to live on! Because you guys have quite literally thrown everything in there to survive on, it only made sense that, why wait until I'm ill, nausea, or out of food altogether before using them! And as I suspected, they were gentle on my stomach/intestinal tract, kidneys, bladder, and without any "florescent" side-effects!! I know they're pricey for multivitamins and wouldn't mind if the price could be adjusted, but for my situation, they've proved worth it to complete my nutritional needs. Now, because of Life-caps, I don't have to worry if I'm getting everything I need from my diet which I try incredibly hard to do, or worry about everything I need as I pass through menopause without prescriptions. I've discovered through much trial and error, that through healthy supplemental means combined with a comprehensive diet and exercise program, I have more than what's adequate for me. That means that a healthy diet, and moderate 4 times a week inclined walking, along with 3 Life-Caps a day have put me on a more than satisfactory health program!

Your vitamins (I call them that now!) are so well tolerated and absorbed that I can take them with or without meals and with no unpleasant GERD, etc., "after shocks." Thanks so much for the unintended use, but hopefully someone else can learn from my way too many trials of error that all they need is Life-Caps forvitamin supplements, no-to-mention if your cupboards are bare!

One last thing I should mention. I have also found them to be exceptional when we have gone with our five kids as they all play pianos together on international concert tours. Sometimes the food is too strange for my taste or delicate stomach. Of course I must eat at least some of the meal so as not to appear rude to these most gracious hosts, but by having a supply of Life Caps on hand I can feel that I'm not going to miss out on any important nutrients.

I went 3 days with LifeCaps!

I'm just dropping you a line to tell you how awesome your LifeCaps are, although I'm sure you already know! When I was starting my company, SurvivorGeek, I tested a lot of products for inclusion in our premium survival packs. I was looking for products that were effective, lightweight, and reasonably priced, and these little capsules fit the bill! I tested them for about 3 days and was able to keep my clarity of mind and energy levels up the entire time, even though I have issues with my blood sugar. The day after my test, I woke up and, as much as I thought I'd be looking forward to eating breakfast for the first time in three days, I felt like I could actually skip it very easily!
